VCAgritech.
VCAgritech is a traceability and resource-management platform for coffee farms and agricultural networks. Led from early research through delivery, the product brings field activity, standards, and farm data into one working system.
The challenge
Traceability is not a single QR code. Every crop, farm, season, standard, and cultivation step introduces its own inputs, people, evidence, technical measures, and changing conditions. The product needed to standardize what could be standardized while keeping the data model flexible enough for real farming.
We planned and researched the platform before defining a system for farm records, cultivation workflows, technical parameters, activity evidence, dashboards, and mapped resource networks. Teams can move from a field-level update to a wider view of production, responsibility, and traceability.
Outcome
VCAgritech gave coffee organizations a practical way to record how a crop is grown, manage the network around it, and prepare reliable traceability records for higher-value markets and evolving standards.
The system was built to remain useful after launch, with clear rules the team can carry into future work.
