Azubiwerk Recruiting places international apprenticeship operations in one live platform. La Commune designed and built a system for managing companies, apprentice profiles, visa progress, and the documents that keep each case moving.
The challenge
The team was coordinating more than a hundred apprentice profiles across spreadsheets, email threads, and manual document work. Status was hard to see, data was easy to duplicate, and every visa letter pulled time away from the people who needed attention.
We structured the platform around a visa pipeline dashboard, detailed apprentice and company records, one-click document generation with live PDF preview, and an AI assistant that turns unstructured notes into structured entries. Copy-ready fields, workflow stages, and a client portal reduce repetitive input across the team.
Outcome
Azubiwerk moved from manual spreadsheet operations to a twenty-four-seven platform that tracks every apprentice, automates document production, and gives the team a clearer view of what needs action next.
The system was built to remain useful after launch, with clear rules the team can carry into future work.
