Finanzklar makes complex financial decisions understandable. For Germany's 2027 pension reform, La Commune designed and developed a platform that turns a dense policy shift into clear guidance, comparison tools, and a direct route to advice.
The challenge
The new retirement model asks people to understand unfamiliar rules, costs, state support, investment choices, and the decision to remain with or move beyond Riester. The platform had to simplify that change without weakening the credibility Finanzklar had built through years of public financial education.
We organized the experience around four practical jobs: understand the reform, calculate personal outcomes, compare providers, and speak to an adviser. Plain-language editorial content sits alongside interactive calculators, ranked comparison tables, visual projections, and carefully placed consultation prompts.
Outcome
Finanzklar now has a focused platform for an important transition: useful before a consultation, credible during comparison, and structured to grow as regulation and provider offers evolve.
The system was built to remain useful after launch, with clear rules the team can carry into future work.
